📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Help with the preparation of ingredients and utensils for cooking.,Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a kitchen environment.,Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
