📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the logistics services.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.,Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high service standards.,Manage and maintain fleet and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition.,Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
