📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of IAM processes, including identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor access controls and conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Provide training and support to employees on best practices for identity and access management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Analyze and report on IAM metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of security measures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM to recommend improvements.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of our digital environment by maintaining robust IAM processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on process management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIPP/E, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in IAM tools and software, including Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
