📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide technical support to the development team, ensuring they have the resources they need to build and deploy software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high system availability.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT systems from threats.
• Collaborate with the software development team to integrate new software solutions into the existing infrastructure.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure immediate response to critical infrastructure issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a strong background in server and network administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
