As a Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and assistance. You will also be responsible for managing the cashier operations, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers.
  • Managing cashier operations, including processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Promoting products and services to customers, both in-store and online.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including stock-taking and ordering.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Assisting with any other tasks that may arise, as required.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
