📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and optimize production processes for our facilities.
  • Conduct process simulations and evaluations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our processes are safe, compliant, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance our operational performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient process operations.
  • Conduct process safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, simulation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or similar.
  • Good understanding of process safety and hazard identification techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
