📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
