📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.,Support the HR Manager in training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
