📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client portfolios.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with clients and stay updated on market trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client-specific marketing strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
