📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and assisting with their needs.,Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and promptly.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and politely.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and surrounding areas.,Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise as needed.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
