📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the company database.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist in meeting sales goals.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and company products.,Assist in organizing and participating in marketing campaigns and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.,Proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
