📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to procurement activities.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
