As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
