Sentral Yoga Medical Center is looking for a dedicated IT Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical assistance to staff. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues,Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth IT operations,Monitor and manage network security and data backup systems,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to staff on new IT tools and systems,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Monitor and report on IT performance and system uptime

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network security and data backup systems,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
