Den Direct Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Branch Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will play a key role in managing a team of employees, driving sales performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools, is a plus.
