This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks, and have a strong understanding of cash handling and inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Promote a positive and friendly customer service environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Experience in supervising and training staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
