📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to identify and address any mechanical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems in vehicles.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Ensure all vehicles are in safe and roadworthy condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mechanic in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and repairing vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
