📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions for employees.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring engagement and understanding.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the workplace.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
