📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handling employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Supporting the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
