• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed client targets.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with the logistics or shipping industry is a plus.
