📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance against set targets and KPIs.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent disruptions and downtime.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
