📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions.,Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
