📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow instances to meet specific business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
