As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure the store is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the store's financial performance meets or exceeds targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Understanding of inventory management and sales forecasting.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
