📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 10-15 employees, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to ensure high performance.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Drive sales targets and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to align branch performance with company objectives.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using retail analytics tools to make informed business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail management software, including SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Retail Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
