📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data using SAP Energy Management and Power BI.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct energy audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure energy efficiency initiatives are integrated into daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on energy performance and cost savings.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in energy management.
• Train and mentor team members on energy efficiency practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management, with a focus on mining or industrial operations.
• Certification in Energy Management Systems (EnMS) or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP Energy Management and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
