📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Schedule and reschedule dental appointments efficiently using our in-house software, DentalPro.
• Process insurance claims and handle patient billing accurately.
• Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date in our electronic health records system, EPIC.
• Answer inquiries and direct patients to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk administrator in a healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with dental clinic software such as DentalPro and EPIC.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
