AR/OTC Team Lead - Billing & Collections (Remote from Bali, Indonesia)

As the AR/OTC Team Lead at Genpact, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 professionals, each with 3-5 years of experience in billing and collections. You’ll leverage your expertise in tools like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce to streamline our processes and improve our collection rates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-7 AR/OTC professionals to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections processes.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce collection periods.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific billing and collections needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies, such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or collections, with a focus on billing and cash application processes.
• Proven experience leading a team and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable or Collections is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
