As an Aviation Safety Inspector at PT SkyGuard Aviation Services, you will work closely with pilots, maintenance personnel, and other aviation professionals to identify and address safety concerns. You will utilize advanced safety management tools and software, such as the FAA's Safety Management System (SMS) and the European Aviation Safety Agency's (EASA) safety assessment tools, to ensure compliance and operational excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of aircraft, facilities, and operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize advanced safety management tools and software, such as the FAA's Safety Management System (SMS) and the European Aviation Safety Agency's (EASA) safety assessment tools.
• Develop and implement safety improvement programs to enhance aviation safety and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with pilots, maintenance personnel, and other aviation professionals to identify and address safety concerns.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on safety procedures and best practices.
• Stay current with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety inspection, with a proven track record in ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Certification as an Aviation Safety Inspector (ASI) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including FAA Part 121, EASA Part 145, and ICAO Annexes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
