📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Provide technical support to the development team, ensuring they have the resources they need to build and deploy software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high system availability.
Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT systems from threats.
Collaborate with the software development team to integrate new software solutions into the existing infrastructure.
Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure immediate response to critical infrastructure issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a strong background in server and network administration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and troubleshooting.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
