📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor broiler production protocols, including feed management, disease prevention, and performance tracking
• Conduct health assessments on broiler flocks and implement treatment plans as needed
• Maintain and repair farm infrastructure, including housing, ventilation, and water systems
• Monitor and record production data using farm management software
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian poultry industry regulations and international standards
• Train and mentor junior staff on broiler production best practices
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to address health issues and implement preventive measures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm productivity and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Veterinarian or Agriculturist with specialized experience in Broiler Production
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in broiler production or related fields
• Strong knowledge of broiler nutrition, health management, and performance tracking
• Familiarity with farm management software such as FarmPulse, CropX, or similar
• Understanding of Indonesian poultry industry regulations and international standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Willingness to travel to remote farm locations as needed
