📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance operations to ensure all facilities are in good working condition.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and replacements.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, SHEQ) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
